highest quality, most consistent service,
I ask all of my clients to read over my Client Policies.
Beginning May 6th, 2018 -
•All new clients will require a consultation. Consultations are highly encouraged to best understand the time and financial commitment.
•All new clients will require a non refundable deposit that will go toward the total cost of service at the time of your appointment.
•I understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call me! I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Clients who are late to their appointment by more than 15 minutes will assume a late fee. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require working within the time constraints of the originally scheduled appointment time or rescheduling your appointment for another day. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session.
•I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancelations. Cancelations made less than 48 hours from scheduled service will result in being charged 50% of the amount of services scheduled, 12 hours or less will be 100% and a booking fee for future services will be required to reschedule. No shows will be considered cancelations as defined above. This policy is in place out of respect for my clients. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
•Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, I will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact me directly within 7 days. Color services cannot be guaranteed without purchasing professional product directly from me on the day of your appointment.
•Prices listed in the Service Menu on my website are base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length of your hair. I will inform you of the price before I begin your service. All services must be paid for at the time of completion. I am constantly expanding my services to bring you the latest and greatest. I reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification.
